What is Rustic reclaimed furniture & fixings?
PRS is not just about building, for a long time I’ve been taking salvage and reclaimed furniture then turning it back to its original state. It’s been a passion of mine and something that I enjoy doing in between the building work. If you see anything here that you would like to buy please email me from the contact page

An interesting project that a client came to us with was to make their single toilet room look better.
Their idea was to use 1 pence pieces to cover the floor and the tank that sits behind the toilet seat. The cost of the pennies laid in the toilet was £500.
We also covered up the toilet cistern and hid it behind a wall of pennies.
We think it looks really smart and if this is something you would like us to do for you then please get in touch.
Another project we loved doing was taking a long plank of wood that was previously a bar top and turning it into something that looked better.
The wood was Waney Edge wood that we found that we had knocking around from a previous job.
Waney Edge cladding is very traditional. It is created by overlapping boards cut through and through straight from the tree. Each board has one Waney Edge (with bark on) and one square edge.
What we did with the old bar top was to restore it and create a groove within the center of the wood to pour some resin into it colored blue. Once leveled off and varnished it looked stunning. It’s now ready to be fitted to another bar.
