PRS Building solutions has been trading for 15 years and in this time we have built up a good client base we as a company take on all types of projects from changing taps to building stables/extensions/new builds.
There is nothing we wouldn’t consider to help people build their dreams.
We as a company can undertake a number of trade skills and normally take on tasks including new bathrooms, new kitchens, carpentry, decorating, plastering, flood and fire damage and landscaping.

Peter was here to trim our lounge door and job was completed very quickly and cleanly. Don’t even have to repaint door. Very happy with job and cost
Prs came and boxed in some pipework left exsposed by a replacement boiler.Also plasterboarded and filled where needed. They rubbed down and re painted and left it looking like new again.

We had a terrible back garden and it was in an area known to be very muddy and had sewage pipes and storm drains underground, however Peter came to look the site and was happy to provide us with a very good quote and he got stuck in. It was a tricky and muddy job as existing pipework had to be negotiated and tapped into - and when the Building Controller came to inspect he was very pleases with the work Peter had done and how he integrated into existing pipework. Peter also dig a soakaway pit and channelling to it - a big pit filled with crates to help drain our garden.
Peter and his team did a great job in sourcing an identical brick to those our 65yr old house was built from and blended it in brilliantly. Due to Covid - this was no easy task as much building supplies are out of stock and Peter went to great lengths to source enough of the right bricks in order to make this look perfect. Peter also pointed out some changes that could be made to the original drawings that would be more practical and allow better utilisation of our space, so we implemented those too and the Buildings Inspector was happy. We are delighted with how well it all looks.
Peter's team laid the floor perfectly in our 5m x 3.5m extension. They brought the level of the floor up to match the existing level of the house. They managed to do this all manually using wheelbarrows to move all the screed from the mixer to the area required. We are very happy with the work completed.
Used PRS to remove my old kitchen and install a new one. They are honest, reliable, always on time and polite. Skilled and knowledgable - would definitely recommend and use again. Interior door trimmed
